IMMIGRATION :::

REFUGE STATUS / WORK PERMITS / NATURALISAITON / CITIZENSHIP

The population of Dublin and adjoining counties
has increased substantially in recent years.

In some case many of those who previously came to the country had no status but now enjoy the benefits of being in a state which is a member of the European Union.

In other cases membership of European Union is pending or in the case of the African or South American Communites the normal routes governing short term or long term stay in Ireland are places to which the Order applies.

We welcome to our country immigrants of various nationalities who are in most cases in jobs in the local community.

Some times the language problem can be confusing as well as the way the application to the Dept of Justice are handled.

Lengthy delays can arise and particularly in cases where people are unable to work because they have not achieved refuge status.

We will assist you with the paperwork and the submission of documents and representation on your behalf to the Government deptartments and subsequently, if appropriate, in cases before the Courts to assert your rights.
Recently there has been much case law involving parents of an Irish born child.

We also assist you with your paperworks swearing documentation and hopefully will make you and your family get some sense of increased security in our country.
