  CRIMINAL LAW :::
We cover the full range of criminal charges including;
• Assault
• Theft
• Public order offences
• Stealing or receiving stolen property
• Drug offences
• Murder, manslaughter and so on
We also assist victims of crime and other witnesses in giving evidence in Court.
We are members of the Criminal Legal Aid Panel in appropriate cases.
Criminal Offences are prosecuted mainly where committed within the city area of Dublin in the Bridewell District Court,
otherwise the offences are prosecuted in the District Court Area of where the offence was committed.
For example, a offence committed in Blackrock shall be dealt with before Dunlaoghaire District Court, whilst an offence committed in Kevin Street will be prosecuted before the Kilmainham District Court.
We assist people who are requested to give statements to the Gardai in connection with criminal offences where they are the insured party or the person intended to be prosecuted.
It is best to take legal advice in relation to criminal offences prior to attending at any Garda Station for the purposes of giving a statement.
